Update 17/04: We believe this issue has been resolved. By a process of eliminiation the issue was sending the emails from a name called User Registration. A long slog and no response from BT for our requests for help!

It appears BT have started blocking our registration emails. These include.

  • emails asking people registering to confirm their email address
  • user name reminders
  • new password requests.

Other emails sent from the website are being accepted ok by btinternet.

We have contacted BT and asked them to investigate.

Changes made today to the website will ensure we are advised immediately of the send failure. The webmaster will then be able to forward the failing mail to you. This will ensure all requests are processed but there may be a delay of up to a day in getting the mail to you.

If you request a username reminder or new password and don't receive an email within 15 minutes please check your junk folder. If it isn't there, assume that BT has blocked it. Please wait for the webmaster to forward it and don't  ask for another reminder.

Mails to all other email providers such as Google and Microsoft are being sent ok
