There have been reports of loss of picture (pixilation) occurring, mainly in the evenings from 9 to 11pm. If you are experiencing these issues we need your help in getting A2Z to investigate the cause. The problem as reported seems to be with IPTV channels, so the cause maybe outside of the remit of A2Z.

Provide the following information:

  • the date and times of the problem
  • the channels involved and whether they are terrestrial (Spanish channels), Digibox / TV DVB-C channels or from your IPTV box
  • if the problem is with IPTV channels try streaming from a service such as Netflix, HBO or Youtube. If these are working ok it shows the internet connection is fine and the problem is with the IPTV box or remote server
  • finally, take an internet speedtest - http://speedtest.net   To do this you MUST switch off all other devices connected to the internet such as smart tv's, iptv receivers and mobile phones.  If possible take the test using a PC connected to ethernet socket in your property. If this isnt possible take the test as close as possible to the router which will be located in a wall cavity in your property. 

To solve this we need your evidence to show A2Z there is an issue.
