First, please check the web-site and forum for the latest official updates.
Secondly, if you have no water and there isn't an announcement about a water cut off in the website and forum, then:
1. Monday to Friday during before 6pm (3pm Fridays) please e-mail or ring Admiburgos (please see the contact section of the information section of this forum) or if you are a president please contact the Resort Manager.
2. Weekends and evenings please call security on Ext 2999 (968 032999) or go to the security desk by the front entrance.
In this way the maintenance team will be made aware of the problem which they will not if you only post on the forum.
